I have received the refund but not the transaction fees, so I can not consider this a resolved claim. I did not requested the refund in the first place, so I would assume the reason for the refund is due to something on your end, in which case I am not supposed to cover the network fees.

I do not agree with your response and I do totally think that I can and should demand my transactions fees to be compensated in this particular situation. But, if for you 1 or 2$ is more than a happy, or at least claim-free client then it’s perfectly reflecting your priorities and the attitude towards your customers. You could just refund the transaction fees as well, and avoid a negative ending of this situation and more importantly another negative review. Have a great one. P. S.
