Issue has been fully resolved
I requested MoneyGo USD and sent USDT TRC20 amounting to $1463. It has been over two hours since I sent the money, and I still have not received the MoneyGo. Support has not responded yet, and I am still waiting for my funds. I don’t know if there has been an error or if this is due to delays on your end, but I am genuinely concerned. This is my first time to ukrexchange, and I kindly request that you do not handle my transactions in this manner. Please release my funds as soon as possible.

For a long time worked through this exchanger, everything was good, the money came quickly. Once again I needed to change the funds I turned to them, but with a larger amount, as a result 1 of the payments was credited and after 30 minutes was requested back by the sender and taken off from my account in favor of the exchanger. After my message to support they started asking for proof in the form of bank statement, screenshot of the transaction, screenshot of the list of debit transactions and so on, although the money was sent from their account, that is, they can see in their account that the money returned to their account. On any request to return the funds on the application, which I from my side fulfilled, they say that without evidence will not do anything. Please return the missing amount to the account. Thank you in advance.

I am not obliged to send you a statement, screenshot of the transaction and so on, as the money went from your account, and if it is yours, you can easily check that the money was returned to you and not sent to me, accordingly, the application is not fully executed, but only partially. I expect the rest of the amount to be paid to the same requisites that were in the request.
