You did contact our operator once, and you were politely informed about our standard service rules, which are clearly stated on our website. Unfortunately, the conversation quickly became unconstructive, as you reacted emotionally and used inappropriate language toward our staff.

HASchange is a professional and transparent exchange service that always treats clients with respect and follows strict operational standards. However, we cannot continue communication with individuals who demonstrate disrespectful or aggressive behavior toward our team.

Since no exchange or payment has ever taken place, there are no financial or service-related obligations between you and our company. We kindly ask that future public comments remain accurate and based on real interaction.

I was your client with order number *** and I have screenshot. Do you really give all your clients one rate when they create orders, but when they visit you give them 2% lower rate and everyone agrees? I just want others to know about this situation with your exchanger,

Are you serious? I told you the exchange number I created on your website. How could I complete the exchange if the rate was already different after I submitted the request and you appeared on telegram? And if I had come to your place, would you again offer a 2% lower rate, like it was last wednesday when I first time tried to exchange with you and came to your office at appointed time 17:30?

You didn't need to make any comments. This direction requires personal visit to the exchanger, so I think it my ought to warn other participants and monitoring that you can, at least, waste your time, as it occured to me. And also that you guys are obviously unscrupulous, as you don't even recognize me as a client, even though I was appointed for exchange at your place and I was there.
