You should be very careful with this exchange service — it seems they are not very secure with verification of their partners, after several exchanges USDT-RUB with them i was blocked in several Russian banks due to gambling money on my account. I can be sure it comes from this exchange service, coz i worked only with them during whole month before getting blocks.

Very weird exchanger. Tried to used it couple times without any successful. You fill everything inn required fields, you get order created — that's it. You get endless waiting for payment requisites, you don't gen any email about order, nobody contact you via tg to make sure you are real client. Looks like site-collector data about accounts who often exchange crypto to bank an back.
Would not recommend to use it even with better rate has been offered!
