On march 9 you deposited to my account via Zelle, on march 18 money was transferred back to your account. Plain and simple.
When I asked Zelle rep what’s going on, they said that sender claimed me fraudulent and requested his money back. Which he was granted.
So in Zelle system I marked as fraudulent account now.

I have been using Kingex for about 2 years. They are reliable and very helpful. All of my exchanges have been USDT to SWIFT. Also their cost is low compared to some other exchanges.

According to the information available, the exchanger has no financial obligations to this user
The guys couldn't transfer the money to my account.
They attached "proof" that the problem was on my end and said they'd refund it within 5 business days.
Naturally, I demanded it immediately.
I then made a similar transfer through a bad exchanger and everything was fine. But this doesn't change their decision not to refund my funds immediately.
I don't recommend it.

2) You returned the funds only after I threatened to review the account.
3) You returned less than I sent you.
4) I proved the problem was on your end by making a different exchange.

A refund processed within one hour is still within the stated timeframe of up to 5 business days. We are not sure why you are presenting this as an issue.

The refund was issued after a decision was made to refuse further cooperation with you.

Please also note that network fees are not compensated, as clearly stated in the exchange service rules, which you accepted prior to creating the order.

Your claim that you have “proven” anything is incorrect. The provided screenshot does not constitute valid proof within the scope of this case.

Furthermore, your complaint itself is not valid. A claim can only exist where the exchange service has an outstanding obligation to the user. At this point, we have no obligations toward you, as the funds have already been returned.

We consider the matter closed.
