They frozen my money allegedly as "high risk" aml (in spite my money clean) and demanded super complicated process just to return them. They are not going to fulfil the exchange.
Moreover, they don't have any legal entity and they just confirm it in the chat.
I almost sure their "aml check" is fake and their sole purpose to get personal data.
I pay attention to bestchange administration to fully check this exchange activity, as it's very highly scam suspect.

Passpost scan + video with passport with screen of transaction + verbal explanation of source of money + requirement to documental proof of source of the money — all just to return money back — is not a KYC.
