I am submitting a complaint regarding exchange order *** processed through the SAFU exchanger listed on your platform.
I made a transfer of 461.39 USDT, confirmed here:

However, the exchanger only returned 192.9 USDT, as shown here:

As of now, SAFU is withholding 268.49 USDT of my own funds without any explanation or justification. The exchanger has not fulfilled its obligations and has provided no response regarding the missing amount.
I respectfully request BestChange to intervene in resolving this issue and investigate the exchanger SAFU, as it is currently accepting customer payments but not completing transactions properly.
