You should let know your customers before send a money if its risky , you just told around 15 min when creat aplication then atm around 72 hour im waiting !!!!! i work with too many exchanger in best change in last 7 years and its first time i seen like this what you said ,, also if it risky you can refund money to wallet send money from you shouldnt block money for 3 days or more
