Anyway, please return my funds in case you don't want to proceed with the exchange. I didn't send my money to any central crypto exchange like Binance or WhiteBit, I send them to your wallet, on your website.

We totally understand your frustration. Crypto industry is becoming less "free" every day and all market players are suffering from these changes. Unfortunately, we can't do anything in this situation and have to stick to the AML Policy. You risk loosing your crypto without providing requested information as stated in the rules.

The biometric information you have requested cannot help you identify the source of the funds. It's already shown in the blockchain transaction history. It's the same situation as if I mined a bitcoin and then wanted to exchange it to USDT, there is no "official source connected to my identity/passport by some contract or whatever". It's' just a mined crypto.
