The “overpayment” argument that the CryptoXchange administrator insists on does not relate either to this exchange service in general or to this specific order, which the CryptoXchange administrator has themselves indirectly confirmed on multiple occasions.

As alleged proof, CryptoXchange previously submitted correspondence with customer support stating that my assets had been frozen. I've used this exchanger several times. All transactions are standard: usdt->eur. Withdrawals are made via SEPA or card, depending on which is more convenient. All transfers have reached their destination. It takes between an hour and a half and four hours, probably depending on the workload and the amount. I like this exchanger because you can send small amounts, which reduces the risk. The rate is always good. I recommend double-checking the information exchangers provide to the platform; the exchange rate is often better on the platform than at the exchanger. A given exchanger usually offers a better rate than what's displayed on the platform.
