Unfortunately after 4 to 5 hours of waiting for a payment link I ended the day with having one automatically deleted transaction and a second transaction that I could not progress yet again. This was a EUR to RUB transfer between WISE to CryptoXchange.
The Operator told me that there were problems with WISE today. I had a similar problem yesterday with Coins. Black and that transfer failed due to me wanting to sell GBP to RUB — same bank.
May be WISE is the problem here?

I will leave this post here for a short time as I hope to be able to report better news soon and I will.
I will attempt the transfer again to day and may be with another exchange to see if I can get a better understanding of the issues involved here.

My order 135006 was deleted by CryptoXchange without notice.
You appear to be having a few problems. I am not sure whether this is with WISE or not.
I will continue to monitor the situation and try again in a few weeks time, but for the moment I cannot use this service.
