A grum experience. I’ve passed KYC than paid 50 EUR and started to wait for my 0.56 litecoin.
2 hours passed and I’ve asked support how long should I wait, turned out the exchange takes 48 hours!
They also said I can ask for a refund that takes 3-5 days! When I asked if they can do it quicker, they started to ask lots of additional documents like a selfie, list of my last transactions for the last 3 months etc.
I am waiting for my money back and not sure I will get it.

There is no mention in the SwapsApp terms and conditions how long the refund takes. 28 hours passed since I've asked for a refund, I didn't get my money back (50 EUR).
Also the support doesn't asnwer my messages for more than 5 hours.
