1. All documents, including the one that was expired for a few days, were shown to the exchanger in advance, to which a convincing response was received that this would not be a problem

2. After I sent the crypto, it turned out that ChangeProject had NEVER done such a transfer before. They didn't have the right experience and knew this beforehand, but promised me a successful transfer.

3. ChangeProject confirmed that the bank transfer from the blocked account will not be done last week, but they will not refund the crypto.

1. ChangeProject has not provided any clear document, except for a dubious screenshot from a month ago, neither that the transfer was made, nor that some kind of verification is underway

2. When I emailed to the bank in Montenegro I was told that there was no transfer at all

3. ChangeProject contradicts itself, on February 10, for example, there was even a message from them that “will make a refund within an hour”. Then their explanations of what is happening changed and more than once

3. and, of course, Montenegro is not part of the European Union. The country entered the SEPA zone from January 1, 2025. But now it is March, and the company that claims to regularly make such transfers does not have enough competence to understand such basic things

There is only one explanation for all this — ChangeProject is lying and stalling in order to get hold of other people's money.
