When you created the order, you clearly chose the direction from USD Coin (ERC20). It has ERC20 in its name. However, for some reason you sent USDC through the Binance Smart Chain (BEP20) network. The exchange we use does not work with this network. I have created a ticket in tech support. Probably the transaction will be credited or refunded with additional processing fee. Now please wait.
