Don't use this exchange as they have hidden charges. I did pm to usdt direction which has 3.9% As fees displayed on bestchange.Com. Deceptively, i ended up paying 4.3%. Dubious exchange

You charge additional FEES different from the rate displayed on BESTCHANGE.COM. This is totally dishonest. You need to clearly state that ADDITIONAL FEES may apply on Bestchange.com website

first we already have the label that "the rate is not fixed" you can see next to our exchanger name in the direction from PM to USDT TRC20
Second our rates are real and every thing is clear in the exchange page on our site and you saw that before creating the order
- you saw the rate and final amount before creating order and you saw in the email sent to you finally you saw in the payment page so everything is clear on our site
