There was a notification on the exchange website, that money transfer had been cancelled AFTER sending funds which already reached the RUB recipient (transfer from RUB to UAH). No one contacted yet, it's been 24 hours already.

Hello Karina,Yesterday at 10:23 Kyiv time, a request was created to exchange 32,796 Tinkoff RUB for 17,352.38 UAH. The client did not request payment details and did not contact us. According to the regulations, the request was canceled half an hour later. Then, at 6:28 today, this client sent us screenshots of what she claimed were correspondence with us and a screenshot of the payment receipt on Telegram.
First, we had no correspondence with this client at all – the correspondence was fabricated, but not entirely professionally. First, the field where the bank details are listed shows that some changes have been made.
And most importantly, according to this fabricated correspondence, the payment was sent at 11:08 (according to the receipt), while the fabricated registration indicates the time the details were received as 15:04. This means the "client" sent the payment much earlier than we supposedly "gave her the details."
This is a clear-cut fraudulent scheme!!!

My time zone is +4 to Moscow (+5 to Kyiv), so the screenshot of the conversation is my local time. I sent a scan and a video recording of the screen from the bank's app about the transfer to the Telegram chat.

I have a screenshot of a conversation I accidentally took with your official Telegram contact. This contact is listed on the AZTEC GOLD website. I would also be happy to provide an official bank transfer receipt if needed, and you probably still have information (because I do) about previous exchanges I successfully completed. Give a reason, why you deleted the Telegram conversation and haven't responded to support? I recieved no direct explanation or help from your side.

Unfortunately, the Telegram platform allows you to arbitrarily change the name (account name) visible to other users, and this is quite easy. Therefore, we recommend following only direct links.
We reiterate that we have not received any confirmations or payments for the requests you submitted within the allotted timeframe specified in the exchange terms on our website. Therefore, the requests have been cancelled.

For scammers, we remind you that we value quality over quantity. We do not accept cards that are not owned by our team. We personally verify all receipts and transfers. Therefore, applications are closed only after funds are received, not based on a Photoshopped receipt or a fake conversation with a renamed username.
The details you used to make your payment have no connection to our exchange service and could not have been provided to you by our employees.
Please also note that you submitted a card-to-card exchange request and paid for it using a phone number. Given all of the above, please note that if you believe you transferred funds to the wrong account (to the wrong recipient) either accidentally or as a result of fraud, you should contact your bank's security service to dispute and cancel the transaction, as well as potentially block the payment instruments of the fraudsters to whom you transferred your funds.

How can this be? I followed the instructions on your website exactly, and they're repeated in the email. I followed your link to the Telegram chat, and now you're telling me it's not your chat.

We would also like to clarify that a review of the tracking of the emails sent to you regarding the requests revealed that: the email regarding one of the requests was never opened and was ignored; for the second request, the first interaction with the email (a click) was recorded eight hours after receipt. Therefore, the transition to the Telegram chat where she received the details was clearly not made via the link in our email.

You changed your response and wrote that you followed a direct link from the website.
