On September 16, 2025, I attempted to transfer money 1800$. I received the money, but the central bank immediately blocked my card under Article 161 of the Federal Law. The exchanger (the exchanger's partner) filed a fraud report with the police, alleging that the money had been debited from his card without his knowledge. The exchanger doesn't check its droppers and takes no responsibility for its actions. My accounts have been blocked for a month now. I don't recommend anyone use this exchanger unless they want their accounts blocked.
