I sent Bitcoin to the exchange’s address, and Cash App confirmed that the transaction was successfully delivered to their wallet. The exchange also confirmed that they received the funds.

After that, they claimed the coin was “dirty” and promised to issue a refund within 24 hours. The refund never arrived. The amount of $546 was not returned.

The exchange refused to provide a refund transaction ID and has not given any clear explanation regarding my funds. This behavior appears to be an intentional delay and an attempt to withhold my money, which is a sign of fraudulent activity.

I request that the BestChange administration investigate this exchange and take appropriate action.
I can provide all necessary evidence, including:
— Cash App confirmation of successful delivery,
— the transaction hash,
— screenshots of communication with the exchange,
— their written promise to issue a refund.

In my opinion, the exchange violated their obligations and misled the customer.

I highly do not recommend for cooperation. The website shows payment methods that they cannot fulfill. They are most likely specified in order to be on bestchange. I chose usdt-t — bank cash-in, to which I immediately responded, allegedly “may not get such an exchange” and offered a transfer to the card. I replied that I do not need a transfer to the card, I choose cash-in service for a reason. They waited 10 minutes and said they could make a refund. Lost 2$ on commission and 20 minutes of time. I highly do not recommend this exchanger for cooperation.
