Basically, I understand that this clause allows you to stop any transaction at your discretion. However, no one has explained why the transaction was stopped, nor have you sent me any type of report. Additionally, although the claim has been marked as resolved, my funds have been frozen for more than 12 hours, and the email I sent last night has not even been responded to, despite you having time to mark the claim as resolved. Which its not true.
Can you please explain, with supporting documentation, why my transaction has been blocked? I have the AMLBot reports, which state that the wallets used for the transaction show 16% Low Risk for one and 4% Low Risk for the other. I have shared these reports with both you and your customer service representative, but they have been completely ignored. This feels more like a dictatorship than a customer-focused service.

The only positive thing is that after filing a complaint through www.bestchange.com, they handle the request fairly quickly, though my case has yet to be resolved. I have no other option but to complete my KYC, and I just hope they don't come up with some excuse to charge me 5% after submitting all the information. They still haven't provided any explanation for why the transaction was supposedly blocked. It seems like they operate a system of arbitrary decisions and "god clauses" where you essentially have to do whatever they say. I will update whether or not they return my money after completing the KYC.
Lastly, I would like to know which company I am providing my information to, as I have seen many cases where individuals' KYC information has been sold. I am submitting very sensitive information that, at the end of the day, could be used to impersonate me and open accounts without my consent. I would appreciate it if the E-Scrooge team could at least confirm the legal entity responsible for safeguarding my personal information.

I used the e-scrooge exchange service to transfer funds. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely negative.
After I transferred my funds to the e-scrooge account, they unjustifiably froze my funds, citing the need for an AML (Anti-Money Laundering) check. I understand the importance of such checks, but the service did not provide any documents or evidence justifying the need for such a check in my case.
Furthermore, after multiple attempts to contact support and find out the reasons for the freeze, I received no specific information. All my inquiries remain unanswered, and my funds have not been returned.

The truth is the website didn't have API service at all. I wrongly create 76 orders as I didn't find it worked. So I only paid one of the orders and it worked. For the rest of orders I didn't pay it on time as it is website bugs but I didn't cause any lose of the website and I didn't mean to attack the website at all. The named customer service didn't hear my explanation and didn't let their security team to review my case. They insist to deduct 95% of my money without reasonable explanation with I believe it is unacceptably at all. I will be robed about nearly 20000 USD without reasonable explanation. Please kindly help to solve my problem. Thank you very much for all your help!
