What I want is just a fairly treatment other than a unreasonable robbery. I could offer any materials you want. Just kindly help to review it.
The truth is the website didn't have API service at all. I wrongly create 76 orders as I didn't find it worked. So I only paid one of the orders and it worked. For the rest of orders I didn't pay it on time as it is website bugs but I didn't cause any lose of the website and I didn't mean to attack the website at all. The named customer service didn't hear my explanation and didn't let their security team to review my case. They insist to deduct 95% of my money without reasonable explanation with I believe it is unacceptably at all. I will be robed about nearly 20000 USD without reasonable explanation. Please kindly help to solve my problem. Thank you very much for all your help!

I have double checked the user agreement it claimed that you will return my money fairly as long as I make the deal. I didn't find any rules claimed that I couldn't create API service for myself as long as I didn't to anything harmful with your website.

negative: 8 days long- 11% fee charges feels like 4% of scam in each transaction (more than what i was expecting )
first of thanks god i received money, i was so suspicious that if the send the money
transaction date: 17-july-2021
received amount in: 25- July -2021 (8 days)
transaction amount: 350 USDT >> PayPal dollar 327
amount received after PayPal charges deduction 313$
almost 11% fee on 350$ which is a lot ! and also it mentioned receivables is 327 after charges , it should be 327 after allll charges
