Сегодня я получил скотсткое отношение со стороны оператора. На сайте указаны тарифы и скидки, которые доступны после достижения указанной суммы. Когда я спрашиваю получу ли я скидку при очередном обмене в сумму превышащую указанные лимиты - оператор отвечает что я выпрашиваю у него скидку. Выпрашиваю... Вывел с этого сервиса сумму с четырмя нулями, но больше работать с ними не буду,до тех пор пока не пересмотрят политику общения с клиентами.
Разговор в стиле гопоты , цитирую ответ самого оператора
"Если заказ оформлять будите, то оформляйте. Я не могу с вами торговаться в чате."
А потом еще и добивает что я выпрашиваю у него скидку.
на вопрос все ли хорошо, можно ли работать и почему оператор долго отвечает , получил ответ " Ходил в туалет" Вы ребята прям эталон делового общения и соблюдения регламента (НЕТ)

Last night I made an order with the company from Perfect Money USD to PayPal EUR, the transaction was indicated (in average 30 min.) The money was transfered, but nothing happened. Afetr about 1 hour waiting I contacted the online support, I was informed that it is not 30 minutes, but usually 24 hours. OK. After 24h nothing still. I contacted the support again, and was informed that because of technical problem I will get a refund (I contacted them, not thy contacted me!!!). I got a refund to Perfect Money. For me this costed 137.68 USD, and I got refunded 135.67 USD. So because of their "technical problem" I will have to pay 2 USD ... this is the end of the story? Is it fair? Can this be called a fair way of business? Not in Europe I think!

Was SOLVED! there was a delay exceeding 4 hours since they tried to deposit in paypal, no was possible for a paypal account restriction and the money was returned, the service has delays but is TRUSTED

It is awful! The service just screwed me over for 220 euros! I initialized exchange process from BTC to Euro PayPal, it has been already more than 12 hours since I started the process and nothing changed to its status! I was about to donate money for a person with cancer desease who really needs it,but I just simply lost my money and support just send me the same messages that it "will take 24 hours, but usually 30 minutes!". Website says it takes up to 30 minutes after the btc confirmation, but after 2 hours I didn't see money into my PayPal account. I contacted the support.
