Website says it takes up to 30 minutes after the btc confirmation, but after 2 hours I didn't see money into my PayPal account. I contacted the support. My exchange has not gone through. And the customer service is very rude. I sent 500usdt and the guy denys having received it. But first he said they were processing it shortly and to my surprise the guy started speaking rudely and blocked me. Wen I tries to ask for their email address I send them clear snapshots those guy refused to send email. I have the snap shot and emails with me for my exchange. He has blocked me now.
