An misstake was made when sending the USDT-BEP20 token and USDC BEP20 were sent. This is not a cross-chain, but still sending a token on the BEP-20 network with a different ticker, which does not affect the cross-chain in any way. Service support claims that the funds are lost even though the wallet address and the token network match. Support refuses to return funds only because the token ticker does not match, specifically 350 USDC instead of 350 USDT. Technically, they can only recover the funds by using the private key and returning the token, but instead they use the policy that the funds are lost and are not counted towards the balance and are considered a donation to the service. What?

I worked with them a couple of time and even though it took several hours to receive my money, I was ok. I sent an order transfer for WU using this exchange. In the order details, I see that my bitcoin payment has already been completed but the western union transfer isn't.
