I accidentally deleted my previous review, so I decided to post the situation again from the beginning.

I used Bankir.io through BestChange to exchange cryptocurrency for KZT. The payment for my transaction was sent to my Kaspi account.

Unfortunately, the Kaspi account from which I received the payment was compromised by scammers. Around 2 million KZT was transferred from that account to different accounts, including mine.

As a result, Kaspi flagged my transaction. I had to personally visit Kaspi's Security Department and provide a written explanation about the transaction and the source of the funds.

After the investigation, Kaspi informed me that they are closing my Kaspi accounts and banning me from using Kaspi services.

The Bankir.io administrator replied to my previous review here and stated:

"According to your request, the transfer was made via an ATM, and no transfers were made within Kaspi; this does not apply to our transactions."

Nope, that transfer was made from another Kaspi account. In order to transfer money from an ATM to another person's Kaspi account, you need to know his IIN. Also, if your operator transferred the money via ATM, I would have received a different notification, stating that it was a cash deposit.

But I received a regular transfer from another Kaspi account, with the sender's name clearly shown in the transaction details. That is exactly why Kaspi's Security Department called me in and asked me to provide an explanation.

I had nothing to do with the fraud. I simply used Bankir.io's exchange service and received the payment for my transaction.

As a result, my Kaspi account is now being closed because of this transaction.

I am reposting this review because I accidentally deleted the previous one. I am also including the administrator's response and my explanation so that the situation is clear and transparent.

I strongly recommend being very careful when using this exchanger and asking exactly where the funds for your payout are coming from.
