they have frozen my funds for using other exchange services. They have frozen 0.25 Btc of my assets. I was using multiple exchanges listed on bestchange to test who gives the best prices / services. They have unfairly unfrozen my funds for this even though it is not against there tos. Avoid avoid avoid!

The money did not arrive in the specified period of fulfillment + on their service is indicated in the rules of use that they fulfill requests within 10-30 minutes (read for yourself), it's been 100 minutes i still have not received the money. Support service ignores me. I opened a complaint according to all the rules of bestchange site, i do not abuse any complaints i am trying to protect myself, and judging by what you write, you cover exchange services that do not fulfill the rules they wrote?
their website says in big letters that requests are fulfilled within 10-30 minutes, i'm right on all counts.
