I placed Order #*** to exchange 29 USDT Visa/MasterCard *** on the Crystal-Trade website on 07 August 2025 at 02:16 (UTC +3). According to the information on the “How it works” page, an exchange should take 10–30 minutes, and the site’s Terms, specifically clause 5.1.1, clearly state that the maximum processing time is no more than 24 hours.

At the time of this complaint — 07 August 2025, 06:45 (UTC +3) — more than four hours have passed, and the funds have still not reached my card. Support informed me that the transfer could take up to three business days, which directly contradicts both the publicly stated timeframe on the site and the terms set out in the user agreement.

I requested either confirmation of the transfer (TXID or bank reference) or an exact credit date. I also notified support that, if I did not receive a timely response, I would demand a full refund under clause 5.1.3, which states that the client has the right to terminate the contract and have their funds returned if the exchange is not completed within 24 hours.

To date, I have received neither confirmation of the transfer nor a specific completion time.

I ask the BestChange administration to consider this situation a violation of the exchange rules and the public offer terms, to take appropriate measures against the Crystal-Trade exchange service, and to record this complaint in the system.

The reason you haven’t received the funds is because the destination tag wasn’t specified - it’s required for this exchange and is mentioned on the payment page.

Since the tag wasn’t included, the funds didn’t reach us automatically. In such cases, we ask users to send a screen recording from their wallet showing they were the actual sender (with transaction details and history visible).

You did send a video - but your wallet isn’t showing the transaction history, which is key for us to confirm and process it. Please fix the issue with your wallet and send a new video where the transaction and wallet address are clearly visible.
