Under review by the monitor's administration
Verification is too hard and takes so much time. You need to take a photo with your passport, trying not to show your personal data like pass number, bank card (also trying not to show sensitive data like CVV) and the website with showed order ID on the background. And this with only one hand! Because the other hand you need to take the photo. I made all this and at the end my verification was declined, and a manager told me, that i also need a deeper verification. Thank you, i aprecciate my time.

Hello User,
We understand your frustration and apologize for any inconvenience caused by the verification process.
Since this is your first exchange with our service, in accordance with our service regulations and security procedures, you may be required to complete an enhanced identity verification. Such measures are necessary to protect both our customers and the service from fraud, the use of third-party payment methods, and other potentially illegal activities.
Please note that the need for additional verification is determined by the service’s internal security procedures and requirements. We do not request this information in order to create additional difficulties for our customers — verification is a mandatory procedure in certain cases.
Thank you for your understanding.

Other services also have verification, but not so complicated and meaningless like "Take a photo with pass, card number and order ID on the background with only one hand. Good luck"

According to the information available, the exchanger has no financial obligations to this user
This exchanger does not have "This exchanger may require verification of the client's documents" tag, and yet they do. This is dishonest and needs to be fixed. Please, value time of those who value their privacy.

Hello!
Card verification is a standard procedure for all orders with payment in rubles, and you have successfully completed it.
However, requesting a passport in your case was an exceptional measure to prevent fraud.
We respect user privacy, but in rare cases where there are clear risks, we cannot ignore basic security rules.

I started using those guys like month ago, i was a bit afraid of all, but guess what, if transferring money from Volet its zero % for transfer, they always have top price, never saw so active support, always helps to make it quick, well many things to say but more things to experience, I became client because they are really reliable and feels like wanna be a best in this game, because they show that in action! Thank you guys, keep doing same!
