Horrible customer service avoid this exchanger at all costs!
It was a while ago. I sent about $800 to have rubles deposited into a Sber Bank. In an hour or so their manager messages me saying they don't work with Sber and that I should change the bank or ask for a refund. With their late responses and lousy attitude, I certainly emailed them a refund order. They returned my money much later. Result: no transfer and wasted time.

Terrible exchange service. Nowhere before the exchange process do they disclose that if you don't want your payout split into dozens of small bank transfers, they force you to accept an extremely unfavorable exchange rate instead.
The operator told me that they split outgoing transfers into payments of RUB 5,000, 10,000, or 15,000. In my case, exchanging RUB 168,000 would have required 34 separate transactions, which the operator confirmed.
The worst part is that they only informed me of this one hour after I had already sent my crypto to their wallet. I was then told that if I didn't agree with their terms, I would have to request a refund by email and wait several hours for a response.
The only alternative they offered was to exchange at a rate approximately 6% below the market rate. Instead of the advertised 1,997 USDT = RUB 168,214.49, they offered me 1,997 USDT = RUB 158,202.34 simply because I refused to receive 34 separate bank transfers. That's more than RUB 10,000 (about $125) in hidden fees.
Avoid this exchange service at all costs.

You do not dispute the only fact that matters: the payout was made in one transfer because I agreed to a rate roughly 6% below the rate of my own order. Under the standard rate I was offered, the payout would have been split into transfers of RUB 5,000 / 10,000 / 15,000.
