First they told thy didn't receive money and me to hold. I again ask they keep silent and come up to me telling its already past 120 min so as per their terms they need to recalculate the price where i was losing $343.46 or 0.01086907 btc. They start negging me i need to accept this or they will refund my pm 2.5% cutting from it. Literally I feel like they keep my $10000 hostage to get confirmation from me. Then I had to give them confirmation to send btc by their force. Later after getting btc i ask them proof that when they receive money, they say only after 49 min. Then i ask its not 120 min, then they said its 60 min to recalculate. I said its 49 min. Then they said its 15 min. how low level theif they are! But I have my pm logs i pay in 15 min also. its their problem why they get payment late.
They never put icon in the listing page here that they can recalculate. I pay in time and they got confirmation by pm API instantly still staging drama to stole my 0.01086907 . All other exchanger here keep the application processing mood until they receive money from pm, but this exchange is complete scam to delete the application and stole other people money in the name of recalculation.

you make use of this to take payment in your site. This api give you instant reply about payment successful or not. You are hiding this. Based on this here most site make the order status as "Processing" , not "deleted" like scam people like you.

This clause you can use for them who didn't attempted payment. I clicked on your "Make Payment" button in time and I paid though your Prefect money API system in your site. Why the hell you can say after that I didn't pay? When you receive your matter, not mine. My perfect money log shows the time.
I again told, most site here make their order status "processing" after taking payment thorugh pefect money api, you make the order timed out and not change the status. That is your site problem, You can't steal our money for your problem.

I clicked on their provided "Make Payment" button on the order page in time and completed the payment through that site's provided "Perfect money Shopping cart Interface". When I returned to their site after successful payment, the order status still did not change to "Paid" or "Processing" as most other sites like www.netex24.net. It expires after 15 min time. I contacted support about this, they said they didn't receive payment yet. I kept knocking about it, after 1 hour they replied that it was more than 120 min past to get the payment, so they needed to recalculate the price where I was losing $343.46 or 0.01086907 btc. They keep nagging me to confirm the recalculation or they will refund me my $10000+$50 pm usd by cutting 2.5%. I feel like they took hostage my money to accept their recalculation.Later they send bitcoin as per their recalculation. I lost $343.46 or 0.01086907 btc
Then I asked them to provide proof from their PM account. They said they receive money pm time 13:35 while I make payment at 12:46. I said it's only 49 min past, not 120. They said it's 60 min as per their terms. I said it's only 49 min,not 60 min. Then they come up with 15 min time theory

My question is:1) Why does this site never put the icon about "non-fixed rate" like other sites.2) I make payment through their order page, still how come they telling me I didn't pay in time.After the order page expired, there is no button to make payment. So how can they impose this term of their service on me:

This incident can be relevant to their these terms only:5.5 The rate of the Cryptocurrency is fixed by the System for no more than 120 minutes from the moment the Order is created. If the Client's transaction was confirmed in the Blockchain system after 120 minutes, the Service has the right to update the application rate at the time of the transaction confirmation.
4.3.4. The LASLOBIT.cc service has the right to delete an application for the purchase of Electronic Currency created by the Client, if the payment for such an application has not been received on the service account after 60 minutes from the moment of creating such an application.
But they are deliberately trying to impose on the non payment time of 15 min, which is not ture.

Through this interface they took payment.This system reports payment as "Successful" or "Unsuccessful" instantly to the merchant sites. All other sites like www.netex24.net , use this to make the order page status "processing" or something like that. And make the actual payment later. But LasloBit as a merchant site does not use this report from the perfect money system only to scam people like me. Even after making payment and getting notification from the perfect money server, they keep their order page status "unpaid" and let it expire in 15 min so that they can scam people in the name of recalculation.
----------this way they are not putting "non-fixed price" icon in your listing page to attract people and enjoying the facilities of non-fixed price. They are actually misusing your system.
Please make sure they pay me my full btc and take action on this kind of scam site. They should not deserve to be on bestchange.

Non fixed rate icon is set only for those directions in which rate update during validity of order. ex. cryptocurrency payments.
For PerfecMoney-Bitcoin we save rate for entire duration of timer on order page.
5.5 apply for Cryptocurrency payments.
4.3.4. 60 mins - is the general regulation. Each direction have private timer, we show it on order page.

Yes, BUT PerfectMoney have security system.
Certain internal transfers may get temporarily delayed by PM automatic security system. Such transactions are investigated and processed within following 24 hours.
Why you don't want contact to PM support? They will confirm that.
If admin of BestChange write to you same, you will understand this? I guess no.
So, better contact to PM support.

"successful" status set when your payment proccesing instanly. In your case payment was posponed by PerfectMoney and our server don't received "successful" status.
In fact, your payment was processing by PerfectMoney in ~1 hour.

PerfectMoney have a security system, payments may be postponed despite API documentation.
Sure, documentation will not describe possibility of postponed payments, because this is a security system that is aimed at countering fraud operations.

If payment postponed, merchant don't receive any callbacks. Anyways, your payment proccessed by PerfectMoney NOT instantly, only in ~1 hour.
Order will delete if our system don't received success callback until 15 mins.
