btc transaction had been hanging in the mempool quite awhile but then confirmed. yet the exchange never took a place.
was not able to recover the password from my email.

I have a problem, I exchanged 3$ pm voucher to Ethereum classic and when I submit my request it was 0.500062363 ETC even the email of exchange order is 0.500062363 ETC but suddenly it changed to 0.398985928ETC! Can u please explain to me whats going on?
