During the chat, the agent showed me a wallet address to confirm. I checked only the beginning and end of the address — my mistake — and confirmed. The funds were sent, but to a completely different address, not mine. Only the first 6 and last 8 characters matched my real address; the middle was entirely different.
When I raised this, the consultant Êèðèëë explicitly confirmed in chat: "We understand that the address is not yours" — yet refused any further refund, stating it was sent and my fault for confirming.
I accept partial responsibility for not verifying every character. However, the address presented by their agent was not taken from the original transaction's "from" field — it was different. Whether this was an error or intentional, the result is that ~125 USDT was sent to an unknown wallet.
Warning to all users: When dealing with kassa.cc, verify every single character of any wallet address they provide — do not trust start/end matching alone. Never assume the refund address they show you matches your original sending address.

Several serious concerns remain unaddressed:
First, the RUB funds I received were transferred not by Kassa, but by a third party individual. As a party to the transaction, I am entitled to an explanation of why this occurred and on what legal basis.
Second, your AML/KYC officer has refused to provide any written clarification regarding the transaction, citing internal company policy, as long as the litigation outcome is currently being reassessed by the court.
Third, I have filed a motion with the court to restore the deadline for contesting the default judgment issued against me. A hearing has been scheduled for early April. Kassa will likely be involved in this case — at minimum as a third party. Refusing to cooperate raises further questions about the company’s role in this transaction.
I am requesting that Kassa provide a formal written explanation of the transaction, including the reason funds were sent by a third party rather than by Kassa directly. This can be sent to my email.

Regarding the payment source:
We acknowledge that the payment method may raise questions; to provide a detailed explanation, we need to receive a complete set of documents from you.
Regarding written clarifications:
Indeed, there are certain restrictions on the provision of information dictated by internal policies and requirements. However, this does not mean we refuse to engage in dialogue. We are ready to provide the necessary clarifications after receiving a complete set of documents and completing an internal review.
Regarding the litigation:
We understand the importance of the ongoing legal proceedings and are prepared for constructive engagement. We remind you that the hearing was scheduled solely to determine whether or not to reopen the proceedings.
We are interested in resolving this situation and are prepared for further constructive dialogue. We ask that you provide the requested documents to expedite the settlement process.
With warmest regards,
Your Kassa.

I would like to clarify the nature of the upcoming hearing. The April hearing is specifically about restoring procedural deadlines in a case where a default judgment has already been issued against me and in favour of the sender of the RUB funds. Transaction details from Kassa would allow the court to make a more informed and balanced decision at this stage.
For context, Kassa’s AML/KYC officer has requested the following documents before providing any transaction information:
1. A court decision to reopen the case.
2. Copies of the case materials.
This creates a circular situation: the court has not yet decided whether to reopen the proceedings, and that decision will be made at the April hearing. Kassa is effectively conditioning their cooperation on an outcome that has not yet occurred — and their transaction details may be relevant to achieving that very outcome.
I would respectfully point out that this refusal to disclose transaction information prior to the court’s decision will itself become part of the case record. A court reviewing whether to restore procedural deadlines will naturally take note of a key party’s unwillingness to cooperate at a critical moment. This does not reflect well on Kassa’s position in the eyes of the court.
I therefore kindly ask Kassa to reconsider and provide the relevant transaction details ahead of the April hearing.

Let's take a step-by-step approach:
The deadline for filing a complaint. Unfortunately, we received information about the court decision with a delay. You informed us that the notification was sent to you on February 10, 2026, but we only became aware of the situation on March 19, 2026. Because of this, the deadline for filing a complaint against the district court's default judgment has already passed.
The upcoming hearing is scheduled for April. We have not yet received any documents from you confirming the appointment of the hearing. As we mentioned in the chat, the purpose of this hearing is to address the issue of restoring the deadline for filing a complaint. During the hearing, the court will only evaluate the reasons why you were unable to meet the deadline. In such a hearing, explanations from third parties (including Kassa) are typically not requested or considered, as the focus is on your circumstances.
Request from Kassa. We understand your concerns about the request for documents from Kassa. However, their requirements are based on internal procedures. To assist you, we have previously provided a list of documents that may be required to provide explanations and additional information.
We are sincerely committed to helping you understand the situation and are ready to answer any clarifying questions.
Thank you in advance for your feedback, and we look forward to continuing our constructive collaboration.
With warmest regards,
Your Kassa.
