XMR > RUB Alfa Bank went well, but took over a day for all transfers to finish, and required sending screenshots of incoming transactions in the bank account.
The rate was good, all the funds were received in full. However, I started the transaction in the morning hours, the operator contacted me a few hours later, and we were confirming the transfers till afternoon, and a final, small part of the transaction, arrived at night.
I wish there was a shorter interaction where I need to be online and confirm the arrival of the funds.

***: they claim the full screenshot of your bank account after every transaction, then they split it into smaller ones — typical for droppers, you receive money from different people, small amounts, then several hours later they send you a message "sorry, we made a mistake and we transferred you 5000 ruble extra. Would you please return it to our employee?", but after you claim their screenshots and detailed calculations they say "oi, sorry, this message was not intended to be sent to you".
