In case of Monero the normal processing time of the network (20mn) can cause the order to be marked as deleted by the site payment delay, but a simple message to mention it ensures the transaction has gone well. The operator was in fact fast. I will keep using then.

Very nice. I was initiating a transaction on mobile phone in XMR but network was unstable and the XMR amount was sent after the delay for payment expired. I contacted support in the chat window and the payment was tracked, confirmed and exchange finalized. All good!

This exchange is extremely slow. It took them 10 minutes to confirm an incoming transaction, and for the outgoing transaction, they added it to the blockchain with an incredibly low fee, so I had to wait about an hour to get just one confirmation.

Dear Bestchange Team,

I am seeking your help regarding a fraudulent transaction I experienced on your platform. Yesterday, I used the exchange service to convert ETH to T-bank, but after sending the funds, I was informed that they were blocked due to supposed violations of the AML policy. This reasoning is completely false, as I have successfully used this ETH wallet across the U. S. and Canada without issue.

It appears that Metka has stolen my ETH and has no intention of returning it. I provided them with the following information to resolve the issue:

Transaction hash
Photo of the wallet from which I transferred the funds
Photo of my T-bank account
A video showing my interactions with Metka's operator, including wallet, T-bank, and chat verification
Despite this, Metka has not only withheld my funds but has also coerced me into registering on a third-party website, effectively stealing my personal data. I fear they intend to sell this information on the dark web. This site is a scam and should be removed from Bestchange immediately.

Please assist in resolving this matter. I will be filing a police report today, and I hope that steps are taken to block their operations or domains in the U. S. and Canada.
