I sent 900usdt for 72k rub at 01:01 and before sending I asked how much time will it take and how many transactions the answer was like this: by our rules from 5-180min and we will send the money in two times.
While I'm writing this they sent me only 30k at 03:33 and 21k at 03:58 now it's 4:05 and I'm still waiting.
Not only they broke their promise of sending in maximum 3h but also they said that they will send in two times and now it's 3 times...

I placed an order and contacted chat support for payment details as instructed on the platform but no one from chat support responded and after 10 mins the order automatically got cancelled. A waste of my time.

Not good service. I've tried to exchange my rubles, but the requisites have been rejected. They said that I have to create a new order. I can not recommend this service to use.

It used to be a good exchanger earlier.
While submitting the exchange request I indicated TRC20 — Reiffeisen bank 'pair'.
But due to some internal mistake of the exchange operator part of the funds (515 out of 1300 usdt) were sent to my another bank account (which was not indicated in the comments or anywhere else but was just available by the phone number). I had to call the bank from abroad in order to confirm account freeze.
Due to this issue I lost the funds as they could not be retrieved as the account is frozen and has some limits as well.
The amount in question is about 515 usdt.
