We see that for order, the exchange was conducted at a floating rate. Due to the volatility of the XEM coin, its rate can fluctuate both positively and negatively. Your order was created at 20:52 (UTC+3), and by the time the deposit was received in our system, the rate had changed. Since you actively agreed to proceed with the exchange at a floating rate, the payout was made at the rate at the time of successful deposit, not at the rate at the moment of order creation.
We cannot process a refund after a successful payout to your account details, as the automatic exchange occurred the moment you clicked the "proceed with exchange" button. Refunds are possible only if the client, with a fixed rate, disagrees to proceed with the exchange if the price change of the selected asset is more than 1%/3%/5%, and switches to a floating rate.

- the amount sent in the exchange does not correspond to the amount specified in the exchange request;
- the purpose of payment was not specified as previously agreed upon when paying the invoice.
According to the AML/Refund policy of our service, which you agreed to before creating and paying for the exchange, the assets will be refunded with the deduction of the platform commission of 5%
We are not allowed to receive funds for our company from individuals account or individuals entrepreneurs account , as this exposes the company to great risks and may lead to complete closure of accounts by financial regulators.
We are forced to charge such fees as compensation for the costs of refunds and preparation of documents with lawyers and auditors .
The funds will be refunded after payment of the fine of 270 USDT, as the full amount is refunded and we cannot deduct the fee from these funds.

I have an exchange which is rejected due to the AML policies. They noticed that if a transaction gets rejected due to the AML, they refund the funds back to sender wallet. I waited then i contacted with them. They asked me to send me too many documents, screenshoots, contacts of the previous owner of the funds. I just request them to cancel the exchange and refund the funds to sender wallet.
