Used Nimlab – very bad experience.
• Marked my order as “Completed” while funds were not even sent.
• Refused to provide UETR, sepa transaction ID giving false excuses.
• Support answered only copy-paste “wait, depends on banks”.
They hold client money, mislead with fake statuses and delay transfers.
Not recommended.

I’m overall satisfied with the platform’s service. I exchanged USDC for ˆ1 560 and sent the SEPA transfer on Friday evening. Sadly, because the platform’s bank uses classic SEPA, I must wait three days until Monday. I recommend their platform find a bank that offers SEPA Instant Credit Transfers (SCT Inst) so ˆ1 560 would arrive in under 10 seconds—even on weekends. Instant transfers eliminate weekend delays, reduce customer anxiety, and ensure funds arrive in real time. This nuance needs modernization.
