I sold a bag and received payment in cryptocurrency in the amount of 2900USDT, went to Besthanged in search of a favourable offer.
I turned to this exchanger, impressed by reviews about the speed of work.
Immediately after the exchange started AML check, because as it turned out the funds go through the exchange, I was assured that this is a standard procedure and takes from a few hours to a few days.
Today we found out that we will have to wait at least 30 days.
I am shocked, no one warned about such an outcome, on the site about such a thing is out of the question.
I even offered to give them my wallet, because I did everything I could within 10 minutes: passport, photo with it, confirmation of the origin of funds with evidence.
I am very upset, because in fact I myself was left without money, and as a result I let my clients down.

After reading the reviews, I came to the conclusion that there was already a similar case, a person waited 30 working days, but did not receive his funds, and only after a complaint exchanger found a way to CANCEL the transaction.
I wish the same, in one case the exchanger found a way to cancel the transaction, I don't need the funds in currency anymore, just give me my money back.
At first I asked a support employee to do the same, he did not answer, saying that he was acting according to the regulations and the working day was over.
