I got all my accounts blocked under Federal Law 161 after a transfer from this company. As a result, I lost about $8,000.

A responsive service I've been using for months, ever since they started offering an exclusive exchange rate for regular users. The exchange was handled with clear communication from the dispatcher, who split and sent the funds to as many different accounts as I had specified — to reduce the number of payments received in each account due to the amount of transactions. My default exchange service, I recommend it.

After completing a transaction (around $500), my account was blocked due to ***. I strongly do not recommend this service.

Reliable exchanger.
When submitting a transfer request via the Fast Payment System (SBP), I provided an incorrect phone number. Despite this, support quickly pointed out the incorrect number, the issue was resolved, and the funds were exchanged within a few hours.

Exchange was fast, team responded quickly and was very helpful.

Before the transaction, I confirmed several times with support about small transfers, and they assured me that all transfers would be from 5,000 rubles and above. However, when exchanging 90,000 rubles to my personal card, I ended up receiving multiple transactions of 2,000, 4,000 rubles and higher – in total around 15–20 transfers. When I filed a complaint and asked for compensation for the possible risk of my account being blocked, the manager at first admitted the mistake but later said that their average transfer amount is 6,000 rubles and that my claims are unfounded. After that, they started asking me to provide a bank statement, claiming that I still owe them money, even though during the exchange process I had already provided all required screenshots and access to my banking account, as per their regulations.
