I made several exchanges here, it was dine really fast. Once, I had an exchange operation dismissed by the market and money were sent back to the multikassa wallet, and technical support helped me to send money to my reserve wallet in a couple of hours. I am really thankful to them!

Regarding the 2 USDT fee: it is indicated when submitting the request — both when entering the exchange amount and at the verification stage before confirming the transaction. Therefore, the final amount to be credited is displayed taking this fee into account until the exchange is completed.
We understand that in your situation, even a small difference in the amount turned out to be important. Be sure to take the fee into account when calculating the required amount to receive.
