Price was moving only up since I started exchange and even till this moment. When you create and proceed order you see the correct amount, but after you are at finish screen, you are getting calculated in another rate, but its too late, You cannot cancel outgoing transaction already.
Its a cheat!
1. you check the rate at bestchange and pick exchanger which rate you like. (including commissions)
2. you got to their website and starting to create order. You see same rate like at bestchange. Evething is okay.
3. You click proceed and go further, they ask you to click "agree aml and terms", there is still correct rates! you proceed.
4. You are at last screen with a payment information "send xxx amount to xxx adress"
And after that you see "new" cheated amount. Its really a fraud! Anyone can go and check. I even recorded a video of this if they are going to fix it. I think many people got scammed on this scheme.

Please understand that the amount is clearly set at the order page after you start the order before you send anything, we have also contacted you at the live chat and explained the whole situation once and more, you have also created another order and completed after this order your are complaining about.
At this point we have done everything to explain and let you know the whole process and have nothing else to add as this is the user responsibility to double check their order before starting to send anything you can amount as this is an automated process and you are considered responsible for your order amount as it doesn’t change, the order starts and the amount is fixed once it is.

I created another order with a small amount because I was recording a video of steps where its clearly shown how it works. You say: the amount fixed once right after the order created. But isnt its a float rate where it should be fixed after couple confirmations? You guys shouldnt list here trying to cheat users with good rates being a little scammers and cheating with payout amounts.

We had informed you that the transfer would take 2–3 days to arrive, and you agreed to that timeline. On the third day, we notified you that the transfer had failed because your bank requires a specific bank to receive the funds, as it does not support SEPA Instant.
As soon as the transfer is returned, we offered to either send the funds to a different account or refund the amount in USDT. We are now following up again and kindly ask you to respond with your preference.
Also, regarding the amount: once you create an order, the amount does not change.

On July 23rd, I followed up, and you said the payment would be done the next day.
On July 25th, I followed up again in chat and was only told “don’t worry”. Then, I received this email the same day:
Hello!
The payment has failed to be received into your side.
Please provide your USDt address along with the network so we can refund it within 24 hours.

This is not accurate. You only said the order failed, and at no point did you request a different wallet address.
I asked you to provide proof that the payment was made and failed — you said you would, but no proof was ever shared.
In response to the email on July 25th, I sent you a wallet address, and on July 26th, I checked and saw no USDT was refunded.
I even requested in chat if you could send the payment to a different wallet, but I got no response.
Since I urgently needed the funds for a birthday, I used another exchange — and they completed the transfer within 5 minutes.
The next day, you finally asked whether you should send the payment or refund the USDT!
As of now, I have received neither the payment nor any refund.
I am requesting the following:
1. Proof of payment showing that the transfer was actually made by you and failed — either to me or to your admin.
2. Immediate refund of my USDT to the same wallet addresses I already provided via email.
3. Proof that on July 25th, you asked me to provide a different wallet address — and that I was not simply told the payment failed without any clear instruction.
4. A $20 compensation, since I was forced to complete the transaction elsewhere due to delays, resulting in a worse EUR rate (I have proof of the purchase).

This exchange has canceled my order without providing any valid reason or evidence that the transaction was completed or failed.
Contrary to their claim, after canceling the order, they never mentioned that I could provide another Bank account. Also, the comment they left here is false!
The USDT wallet address was re-sent to them via email, but the refund has not been processed yet.
Please investigate this matter.

In both emails, the TRC20 wallet address is exactly the same, and I replied directly to the email containing the order ID, which is the same as the email subject.
A screenshot has also been sent to you.
This exchange is refusing to return the USDT under various excuses, and its activity on BestChange is risky.

The truth is:
- The order status was marked as Done, you changed it to Failed only after I pointed it out.
- Your “support” contacted me a day later from an anonymous Telegram account named “Z”, without introducing themselves or mentioning the order, just asking for personal data. It looked like a scam!
- As soon as I asked what’s going on in your live chat, you said the bank needs info, I provided it right away. You promised the transfer would arrive within 24h. That was a lie. It’s been longer, no money, and your support has gone silent since yesterday.
- You never provided real proof that you sent my data to the bank. Your screenshot shows the form not even submitted, that’s fake evidence.
- There is no issue with my Revolut — I’ve confirmed that with them. The problem is on your side. You didn’t send the money using RevTag. Why are you misleading users, claiming it’s a Revolut transfer when it’s just a regular SEPA to IBAN?
- “A few hours” have passed — still no funds, no refund, and no response from support.

I placed an order to receive 862.9 EUR to my Wise account. I successfully transferred the cryptocurrency and was awaiting the payment.
However, a day later, I received only 280 EUR instead of the full 862.9 EUR. On the website, my order is marked as "Completed." The remaining 582.9 EUR are missing.
