I liked the exchange speed, everything is super!

- Created an order via the website to convert 3000 usdt to rub (t bank). In the form, they stated that the minimum amount was 1000. But they contacted me via tg asking to increase the total to 3500 usdt as it was the minimum for the trade. I said no, and they agreed to 3000.
- The completion of the order took about 18-20 hours. No explanation why it took so long was given (even though on the website they state it takes, on average, 15 minutes for usdt trades)
- Finally, they sent me 2k more RUBs than indicated in the order. They apologized and asked me to send these rubs to someone else (a third-party person via SBP). I declined because I'm not a "drop". We agreed that I'll return the overdue amount to the same crypto wallet.

Summary: Over many years, I've never experienced such issues with crypto exchanges. In total, it took three days to resolve all the related issues. Most likely, I won't use this exchange anymore, as it's a poor client experience.
