I also ran into their exchange service — they’re very interesting guys. I wanted to exchange USDT for rubles, made a deposit, and then they wrote to me saying I hadn’t passed the AML check — even though I have a new wallet and I’ve made transfers within this wallet. Then I contacted customer support, but they didn’t give me a proper response; they just said the wallet is undergoing additional verification, and it’s unknown how long it will take. I asked for the results of the AML check, where it would be stated that I have a high risk, but they said there’s no such information. What nonsense!

The service declare that is working hours 24/7. But it is not true! I got through AML process, send money, even send them a reciept, but still the doesn't send me a money for exchange.
