Exchange rate mismatch

The rate shown on their website and on BestChange was very different from the actual rate used in the transaction.

In my case, the difference was about 2%.

For exchanging 2000 USDC, I received only 1958 USDT.

Their support explained this by saying the rate is “dynamic”.

However, at the moment of confirmation the system showed a rate of 2.43, but the exchange was executed at 2.48.

Conclusion

I do not recommend dealing with this exchanger.

Then, I chatted with Alex (support), who told me that they couldn't approve my transfer because of AML regulations. However, I have made several transactions with other services before, and everything was fine. Now, I have to wait up to 48 hours to get my money back. I feel like I’ve wasted my time for nothing.

I want to say that this is very very bad service AlfaBit. the customer service called Andrew should be sacked and the reason is that i have used this service to buy bitcoin before and passed the card verification procedures and i even went through the stress to create an account with this service so, thats should show that i'm a legit customer who is willing to continue to buy from this service but to my surprise when i placed my second order today on the 06.02.25, they refused to send me my order and had to send the payment slips through my bank account just to show them i have enough money to buy any crypto i want. the fact that i wasted about 2 hours proving that its my account and i have truly made payment from my own account and they still have to make me go through the stress shows that this service can't be trusted. they are useless and lost a potential customer so, i give them a minus 100% for poor service.
