I tried to exchange USDT (polygon) to SOL
Before the exchange i saw a message that this transaction is automated and can take up to 45 minutes. After i sent the money from my wallet (trust wallet) this exchange was blocked on the website with a message that KYC is required (which is weird for crypto exchange). However their bot in telegram for KYC was not working ans support agent was useless (name Alexander) and told that i need to wait 8 hours to handle the situation. If you can allow to wait several hours for simple crypto swap you can use this service. For me it was frustrating and unpleasant experience. I do not expect exchange to be completed in 8 hours and i don't expect KYC for a simple crypto swap for such small amount of money. Do not recommend this service.

Why do you need a review on exchange of one crypto to another? Also when i was requesting exchange the website told that all is automated and it will take up to 45 minutes, it didn't say anything about working hours.

Why then it is said that all is automated and takes 45 minutes? it is purposely misleading so that people will have to wait while you will find time to accept their exchange. And it is completely not clear that crypto exchange can suspend the exchange from one crypto asset to another. I require immediate refund.
