I exchanged USDT for WISE (EUR), passed verification, spent time, entered the recipient's details, and they accepted everything. When I sent USDT, they asked for my residence permit address—okay, but then they said I can only send money to myself. Seriously? So you accepted my request, where I'm different from the recipient, received the crypto, held it, and then gave me this? Crazy. The money is stuck with them. I hope they will at least return my money with the lost commissions, they haven’t returned it yet.

It used to be a very convenient and quick in resolving issues exchange. Until recently. In the last couple of months they used to block my access and then restored it quickly. Until today. I had an exchange earlier in the morning today, USDC to Rev EUR, successful, no questions asked, the second one they blocked due to their AML department. Relatively the sae amount with the very same credentials, USDC to Rev EUR, from the same cold wallet address that hardly has had a dozen transactions. All incoming from Ledger in-app exchange and all outgoing to Buycoin except two to friends in Brazil. After I asked why I still do not see the crypto had been received they texted in a while that an email with questions had been sent to me, some of them questions were completely incompetent. Despite the fact, I answered all them, uploaded all the needed screens and even my tax declaration and it is still not resolved. Just kept answering me that I need to wait.

I exchanged Wise (EURO) ---> DOGE. Normally I do it via creditcard but that option was temporary not available on Buycoin. Also not to buy LTC but after contacting Support it would be available again within a few weeks.
I received the money within 4 hours. It was a banktransfer with SEPA.

I wanted to make an exchange and they refused without explanation! Some kind of verification process lasted two days and they didn't tell me it was a verification process or the reason for the refusal. They asked for a screenshot of the wallet I sent them, and they said it seemed fine. Ultimately, they refused the exchange and didn't return the funds I sent to their account!

I exchanged LTC to WISE EURO and I received it within 3 hours in my Wise account. Even in the weekend.

I sent USDTT for exchange on 16.05, the email would be received successfully on 17.05. On 18.05 there is no money, support does not respond, not when they should come, or why they are not there!

Awesome experience honestly. I had a problem with a SEPA transaction that has been refunded. They was keeping a contact with me in a chat and had provided necessary documents requested by the bank to process the refund. Support is on a very high level, good rate and I'll deffinetely use it more.

I didn't receive any money, they didn't give me any crypto and didn't give back my money, 150ˆ. I sent them another crypto address, but they are ignoring me. Very bad service, don't recommend it.

The wait is over two hours now, and they're not sending a transaction link. They say, "The processing time is 15 minutes to an hour. If there are problems with the bank, there will be a longer delay." I've found out there are no problems with the bank. The money isn't coming through!

Have sent a money with instant SEPA from revolut and received a confirmation from support that money were received and then immediately got an error msg from bycoin that order was declined. I did not received crypto or my money back and for question for how much time I should wait-got no answer.

Having bad experience with an exchange provider.

I’ve transfer via SEPA instant the EUR in exchange to USDT on Friday night. They said that I have to wait 2-3 hours during bank working days and up to 3 days during the weekends for the bank to confirm a deposit. Now it’s Tuesday. I took a statement of transfer confirmation from my bank. My bank said the recipient received money the same day, as I transferred. I sent the message to chat on their website. They keep saying the same thing that I have to wait. How many more days I have to wait to get my funds? I’ve got all the statements from a bank. What else do you need to release the money? I need a clear response and evidence that you never received money from me, otherwise release my funds. As it was sepa instant, I can’t return the transaction back.

I exchanged EUR from my bank card for TON, and it arrived within 5 minutes. The only thing that confused me was that the exchange rate changed slightly in the interface just as the transfer went through, and I thought the rate was being locked in. But it was a very insignificant amount. By the way, this is the only one of the 5 exchangers I tried that accepted my residence permit document without any problems, and my bank did not cancel the payment. The exchange rate is good, so I will continue to use this exact exchanger.
