I did 2 exchange that made from the same wallet to the same card, first one at 8 am, second at 12pm. The second transaction has been completed the first one is still pending as I'm writing this review more than 10 hours... The support gives you copy paste answers, no real support, when you ask fro refund they "threats" you it will take more time 3 days just to get your money back for bad service (can you hear me shaking my head?)
