At 11 am, I created an exchange request and successfully paid for it. Immediately after that, I could not see how my order was progressing due to “Exchange direction is disabled”, wrote to the chat and received a response “The application is still being processed, wait” and promised payment within 120 minutes. At 13 o'clock in the afternoon (two hours later), after blindly waiting, I asked about the status of the payment on my application (since I could not observe the progress because the exchanger was turned off or something like that), I received the answer, “Hello, I'm rushing the operators” and silence for an hour. I wrote again at 14 o'clock and received the same answer only from another operator “Your application is for payment, payment takes up to 120 minutes”, reminded that 3 hours had already passed and received almost the same answer as the previous time, “I'm rushing the operators now, sorry for the wait”, when asked how much longer it would take, I received “I'll check”, and only when I asked what was going on almost an hour later at 15 o'clock, I received the answer “Your application has been completed”. Now I could see the progress of my application and it said that it was completed, as a rule, this is written when the money is already on the card, in my case it was not (and still is not). I asked what the reason was, and received receipts that two payments had been made to my bank account at 14 o'clock, but it was already 16 and there was no money on the account yet. The support chat, referring to delays in the bank that I have never had before, justified the delay in payment, but the bank has not heard of such transactions and the bank operators say that no one tried to send me anything and they did not freeze / block anything. Almost at 17 o'clock after the above, I received a response “We are dealing with the operators, I will inform you when the answer is given”, and the silence continues.
I should add that all the information about the transfer was checked twice, I have never had any problems with such transactions for 3 years, only delays in time and within small limits.
I don't want to formulate this as a bad review, but as a report to the departments that can help resolve the situation.

I've received payment after almost 3h thanks to BestChange admin efforts, as Cryptofiat's support was unreachable. There was nowhere to submit receipt to on their website (which their representative here mentioned as mandatory) and nobody reached out to me about it — although i've sent receipt to their tg bot linked at their website and attempted reaching support multiple times via website feedback form and email.
