I've received payment after almost 3h thanks to BestChange admin efforts, as Cryptofiat's support was unreachable. There was nowhere to submit receipt to on their website (which their representative here mentioned as mandatory) and nobody reached out to me about it — although i've sent receipt to their tg bot linked at their website and attempted reaching support multiple times via website feedback form and email.

We analyzed the situation with the order of the respected Srtoberry. Indeed, the order was made at 17:16. And at 17:53 the client sent us an email with questions about the order. We also analyzed the history of requests in the online chat and in the official telegram account. There were no requests from the client. Operators promptly respond to messages in chat and Telegram, but they check email several times a day. We will draw conclusions from the current situation and make additions to the operating instructions for operators so that when funds arrive, they immediately contact the client by all available means to receive a payment receipt. Once again we apologize for the inconvenience caused.
