Transferred money from BTC to USDT. My BTC transaction has been confirmed 4 hours ago. I still don't get my money! They don't even have Live Chat. They answer emails for a very long time and say that everything will be fine in 15-20 minutes. But i wait 4 hours already! ERC-20 transactions takes 30 second average. The service used to be much better but now I don't recommend it to anyone.

Hello. What is happening with your Alfacash Store service? I’ve been trying to place an order for days and I can’t. I was told that your bank was under maintenance and the services should be restored on September 6, but it wasn’t. I even contacted support days ago, but no answer so far :(

I made a transaction with them (#545352) on july 12 and 14 days after I did not receive my money. I tried with no success to wait for my money. I reach their support but they never give a solution, always told me "we are working on it" but I don?t believe it, they owned me 519 USD and if they want to help, maybe they can give me back my monero or transfer it via paypal or another way. But they just said "you have to wait" wait for what? A miracle? I don?t really understand them. It is very frustating.
