I have sent three separate emails to your support team — all from the same email addresses used to create the original orders.
Unfortunately:
One of my requests was answered — thank you.
The second one received only a partial reply, with at least one order still pending.
And the third email remains completely unanswered, despite the time that has passed.
In our recent conversation via your website chat, your support representative promised to provide answers to all my questions and requested that I follow up via email. I did exactly that — but never received the information I need.
At this point, I am starting to suspect that some of my funds have been frozen or even stolen, as I cannot receive full and transparent information about specific orders that I placed.
I am kindly asking again:
Please check all three emails and provide full order details — to the email addresses from which these orders were originally created.

Our support service has already responded that wecan send you the exchange hashes if you contact us by email and confirm that you are the owner of these exchanges.

However, I must clarify the following:
I have already contacted you by email from all addresses linked to the orders. I sent three separate emails — yet I only received partial responses to some of them, and one of them has still not been answered at all.
The information you provided regarding the orders is incomplete. You only included transaction hashes for some of them and refused to confirm wallet addresses, timestamps, and statuses in full.
For Order 16322, you're stating that the deposit was not received, but you provide no blockchain confirmation or evidence to support that. I have asked multiple times for proper verification or clarification of this.
I must emphasize again: I am not asking for anything beyond what belongs to me — basic order history, transaction data, and confirmation of whether funds were processed or frozen. This is not confidential info — it is my own data that I need for accounting and internal investigation.
So far, I have received nothing but vague responses, delays, and claims that "support already responded", which is simply not true in full.
Please take this request seriously. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to continue escalating this matter.

I intended to exchange 10 XMR to SOL, and for that:
I visited BestChange and selected SwapGate from the list,
I was redirected to their website and created a new exchange order for 10 XMR to SOL.
I used the XMRWallet.com browser wallet to send the funds, but unfortunately, I accidentally sent my full wallet balance — over 288 XMR — to the Monero address provided by SwapGate for the order.
I immediately contacted SwapGate support and informed them of the mistake. They assured me that this wasn’t a problem and that the service would automatically send me the SOL equivalent.
However, after some time passed and I still hadn’t received the SOL, I contacted support again. They asked for the transaction hash (TXID) and transaction private key. I explained that XMRWallet.com does not provide access to the transaction’s private key, as keys are neither saved on their servers nor visible in the interface.
The support agent then stated they would contact their liquidity provider to manually verify incoming transactions. However, more than 20 hours have passed since then, and I have not received any update, confirmation, or SOL.
I also asked them to:
Provide their view key, so I could independently verify incoming funds,
Recheck the transaction, because the amount sent was vastly higher than the order amount, which may have broken the automation,
And consider the fact that nowhere in their terms is it stated that a transaction private key is required for a successful exchange. If I had known this, I would have used a wallet that allows me to extract that key.
As of now:
~288 XMR (worth over $60,000) were sent to the address provided by SwapGate.
The transaction is confirmed on the Monero blockchain.
SwapGate claims they can’t see any funds and refuses further assistance.
I am asking for your help in resolving this matter. BestChange is responsible for monitoring the services it lists, and until now I have trusted your platform. I sincerely hope you will help me recover my funds and ensure that users are protected from poor support or broken automation on listed services.

After preliminary analysis, as we have already replied to you, the Transaction did not enter our system, or was sent to a different address.
To check your transaction, we need a private transaction key from you, which we have repeatedly requested.
We cannot accept a screenshot of an unsynchronised wallet from you. Please synchronise your wallet, take the private transaction key, and send it to our support team with the transaction hash

Due to the nature of XMR, anyone can pass off someone else's hash as their own. And only the private key allows you to see where XMR were sent, when and to what address. You must have it, and we ask you to send it to our support service
If you have difficulties and can't find it, contact the technical support of the wallet you sent funds from.
Also, as we highlighted earlier, we can't accept your screenshots, because on them your wallet is not connected to the blockchain, not synchronized.

I have strong reason to believe your system received my funds. If you are confident that no funds were received, providing the view key of the receiving address would allow independent verification without compromising your security.

The private key will allow you to see in the monero scanner which address the cryptocurrency was sent to. Without it, it is impossible to check if your cryptocurrency was sent exactly to our service
