At the time of your request to our support team, we offered two possible solutions:
1. To wait until the technical issues in the XRM network are resolved — unfortunately, these issues are ongoing and are beyond our control.
2. A refund to the original address from which the transaction was sent — in accordance with our security policy.
You declined the refund to the original address and insisted on receiving the funds at a different address provided manually. However, according to our policy, refunds are only possible to the original sending address. This is a necessary measure to prevent fraud and ensure the security of our clients' funds.
We understand your frustration with the delay, but we would like to emphasize that we are not refusing to fulfill our obligations — we are ready to either process a secure refund or complete the exchange once the network is restored.
Your trust is important to us, but we kindly ask you to consider that your review does not fully reflect the actual situation. We are acting strictly according to the rules and in the interest of your security.

1. If you knew you've had issues with the XMR network why did you accept the transaction? You've continued to offer LTC to XMR while telling me in the chat that the network had issues.
2. The original address does not work for me, as I've stated. I belive it's your policy, still not a satisfactory resolve to an issue I did not create.

1. At the time your exchange was initiated, there were no issues with the XMR network — transactions were being processed normally. The problems began after we had already received your transaction, which unfortunately we could not have anticipated. As soon as the issue became apparent, we immediately informed you via chat.
2. Regarding the refund: when you initiated the exchange, you agreed to our service terms, including our security policy, which clearly states that refunds can only be sent to the original sending address. This measure is in place to protect client funds and prevent fraud.
We understand that this situation is frustrating, but please note that it is caused by technical issues beyond our control. We remain committed to resolving it — as soon as the XMR network is stable again, we will either complete the exchange or issue a refund to the original address if you choose that option.

2. I know I've agreed to it I'm not disputing that. I'm just saying refund to the original address is not an option for me.
In any case I will happily remove/cancel this claim once I have my money.

In situations like this, it may take some time to assess the issue and make a decision.
We respect your choice to decline a refund to the original address. However, according to our security policy, alternative refund methods are unfortunately not possible — this is a standard practice aimed at protecting all clients.
As soon as the XMR network is stabilized, we will either complete the exchange immediately or issue a refund to the original address, should you decide to proceed with that option.
