Issue has been successfully resolved by the exchanger's administration
They received my crypto and gone, exchange did not take place. Nobody answers through in-site chat and support form. I waited for the answer about 25 hours after money has been sent.

Profanities and abusive language were removed by the monitor's administration
Swapter is a ***, avoid like the plague. Sent them my money and the tx was confirmed well within the time period, but never received an exchange. They won’t respond to any emails, not even sure if they are real at all. Avoid.
