Dear administration and ExHub admin, I still can't find funds returned by the exchanger. Nothing new in deposit history and the wallet ballance has not been changed.
Support helped me to get an action to refund funds providing additional info, but they didn't help literally to process refund, the support switched to silent bot immediately after providing refund claim form. I was waiting for reaction for hours in chat, and no one reacted. No funds, no support.
