According to the exchanger’s rules, payment details must remain fixed after the order is created.
However, in both cases, the Zelle phone number displayed on the website was changed after I sent the funds.
As a result, the exchange was not completed and I did not receive my money.
Additional violations:
- The Zelle account name did not match the name specified in the order.
- The exchanger later claimed that I entered the wrong phone number, which is incorrect.
- The exchanger stated that a confirmation email was sent, but no email was received.
The regulated exchange period has expired, and the funds have not been returned.
This is a clear violation of the exchanger’s regulations.
I request a full refund of the missing funds.

1) The phone number was copied directly from the exchanger’s website. I did not manually type the number.
2) The phone number displayed on the website was changed AFTER the order was created. This is the main violation.
3) If the error was on my side, the same “one-digit mistake” would not happen twice with two different orders.
4) The Zelle account name did NOT match the name specified in the order.
5) Messages sent to the supposed “wrong” number are delivered but never answered, which strongly suggests controlled or inactive numbers.
6) The exchanger claims licensed software, but licensed software does NOT justify changing payment details after order creation.
7) The exchanger claimed an email was sent, yet no email was received.
Sending internal proof to the monitoring administration does not invalidate the documented facts above.
Changing payment details after order creation is a direct violation of exchange regulations.
I formally request reopening the claim and an independent review of:
- Order creation logs
- Phone number change timestamps
- Zelle recipient name mismatch.

I did NOT confirm that I made a mistake in the first order.
I was informed by the exchanger that I made a mistake, and I disputed this claim.
More importantly:
- In the SECOND order (ID: 148317), I did NOT make any mistake at all.
- The phone number was copied directly from the exchanger’s website.
- Despite this, the funds were still sent to a different number.
Additionally, there is a critical issue that has not been addressed at all:
- The Zelle recipient name was COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from the name specified in the order.
This alone proves that the payment details were not valid and should have been rejected.
This is not a contradiction.
This is evidence of a repeated and systematic issue.
I respectfully request that the administration:
- Separates the two orders instead of merging them into one assumption
- Reviews the second order independently (ID: 148317)
- Verifies recipient name mismatch and payment detail integrity
I am not attempting to mislead anyone.
I am asking for a factual, technical review of the second order.

Today’s date is 06.01.2026.
That conversation relates ONLY to the FIRST order (ID: 146514),
at a time when I was misled into believing that I made a mistake.
It does NOT relate to the SECOND order (ID: 148317).
For the second order:
- I did NOT make any mistake.
- The phone number was copied directly from the exchanger’s website.
- The recipient Zelle name was completely different from the name specified in the order.
Using an old conversation about a previous order to close a claim for a different order is incorrect.
I respectfully request:
- That the second order (ID: 148317) be reviewed independently
- That conclusions from the first order NOT be applied to the second one
- That recipient name mismatch and payment detail integrity be examined
This is a factual clarification, not a contradiction.

Only issue from my side is that the payment initiated amount is different as fees was deducted by my wallet when i transferred the USDT.
I have sent an email to both [email protected] and [email protected] requesting them to transfer the revised amount to my Bank account.
I am not able to change the amount against the exchange ID so would request the admin to change it and process the transfer.

Exchange support only responds every few days. The only information they provided was that the payment was stuck in the bank. They then returned a couple of days later and requested another screen recording from the bank account.
In response to our request for any confirmation that the payment was successfully processed support hasn't answered. Look like ***.

This means the funds were blocked unlawfully and without any legitimate grounds. In fact, the service appears to be making up new rules on the fly whenever it suits them. This is a direct violation of their own policies and a clear deception of their customers.
I do not recommend using this exchange — you risk losing your money!

Support is not giving a clear explanation – just telling me to wait. But wait for what exactly?
There is no proper payment confirmation. When I requested proof, they sent me a vague screenshot that doesn’t show either the recipient’s name or bank account.
This is not acceptable for a financial service. I’m very disappointed.
