Exchange iD status showing deleted however payment has been deducted from my wallet and transferred to Digichanger. The hash status shows payment was successful.
Only issue from my side is that the payment initiated amount is different as fees was deducted by my wallet when i transferred the USDT.
I have sent an email to both support@digichanger.pro and admin@digichanger.pro requesting them to transfer the revised amount to my Bank account.
I am not able to change the amount against the exchange ID so would request the admin to change it and process the transfer.
Only issue from my side is that the payment initiated amount is different as fees was deducted by my wallet when i transferred the USDT.
I have sent an email to both support@digichanger.pro and admin@digichanger.pro requesting them to transfer the revised amount to my Bank account.

We made a payment on October 28th using USDT TRC20 in Wise EUR, and we still haven't received the money. We've provided all the bank confirmation that the money hasn't been received: a bank statement and even a screen recording from your account.
