Today I used this service and will now describe my experience. I wanted to exchange my USDT for EUR on Wise. They told me to wait a few hours, I waited and of course nothing happened, the money was still not in the account. I contacted technical support after these couple of hours and they told me that I need to wait some more. I waited and the money is still not in the account and most likely will not be. They will tell you that some direction in their service is long and you need to wait, they will write standard replies, just so that you leave them alone. I do not recommend using this service. You can use it if you want to play roulette with your funds. It is a pity that such services are listed on bestexchange, I used it only because they are on your site. The worst exchanger for the USDT to KZT direction. Support is very unresponsive. They cannot provide any estimates for the payment processing time. I waited for more than 2 hours, and support still cannot give any timelines for sending the funds from their side. I do not recommend anyone use this service. I will be demanding a refund because this exchanger does not deserve to be listed on Bestchange. Unsafe fund transfer, our account was restricted, and the bank refunded the transfer to the sender. We provide a refund receipt, we are not interested in taking any funds from Digichange source. Please refund our USDT.

I made a transfer 5 hours ago, the funds never arrived. The support said it would happen in the evening or tomorrow morning. But now they write “Your exchange is frozen, please contact support.” The support window has been removed! Not very serious, I don't recommend it.

I have requested an exchange on 07.04.2024, it lasted more than hour and I didn't get the peyment, support asked to wait more since it is a long exchange and it may take up to 4 hours, I waited, but almost 3 days have already passed and I still haven't received my funds. Then support asked me to send them video where I should show transactions history strating from 07.04.2024, I shared them this video, they are not solving my problem at all.
I called my bank for help but they requested MT103, I asked Digichanger support to provide this document confirming money transfer. Afterwards they again asked to wait for a this document, they didn't provide anything untill today, only thing they tell me is to wait!
Please make a refund! Since it is not little amount!
