Started exchange at 29th of june at 3:00.
Today is 1st of July 00:00.
Didn't recieved my money yet.
No explanation when the transfer will be done.
No reason why money can't be transferred yet.
Order was marked as emergency, but didn't helped with speeding up the process.
Need help from BestChange side to solve the problem.

After an 8-day delay in fulfilling the order and continuous stalling with no resolution despite repeated communication with the support team, the payment was initially received.
However, a few days later, the sender reported the transaction, and the funds were held and refunded to them.
This is a clear case of fraud.
I have lost $1,370 as a result.

I made an order on May 30, 2025, and my order was marked as completed quite fast, however, I never received the money in return, sometimes it happens so I waited until the next day patiently, and then contacted support since money never arrived.

I followed all the instructions given by support and provided proof that money never arrived in my revolut account. In return I was given a pixelated receipt saying that the "sender" made a transaction, however, I never got the real proof from support, as Revolut support asked me to provide. Revolut support insured me that there is nothing with my account, recently I received the transfer just fine.

Also, I ran that receipt through an AI analyzer and it said that most likely (99,9%) the receipt I was given was faked since there was a misalignment on some lines of the receipt particularly on the Recipient name and revtag lines.

Last time I heard from support was the day before yesterday... I think i have been patient and calm enough for almost a week, I demand my USDT back or money.

I hope BestChage support will help me with this.

I had a stressful experience with this exchange service. Normally, USDT transactions take around 15 minutes, but this time it took over 4 hours to complete after I sent $1,000 USDT.

What made the situation worse was the lack of timely support — I contacted the help desk right after sending the funds, but I didn’t get a reply for nearly 2 hours. I was very anxious because I needed to withdraw the money within a specific timeframe.

When support finally responded, they were unable to give a clear estimate of when the transaction would be processed. As a result, I had to wait another 2 hours without any updates.

This level of uncertainty is unacceptable, especially for large transfers where time is critical. I hope the team will improve communication and processing time in the future.
