Additionally, we noticed in your materials that the so-called "payment purpose" contains information about your bank's hotline. Our bank does not have the authority to include such information in the payment purpose without our knowledge. Therefore, we can conclude that this message was initiated by your bank.

The message specified in the payment purpose, "AWV-MELDEPFLICHT BEACHTEN HOTLINE ********" was not manually added by us.
This is an automatic system note added by the recipient bank when a transfer is received from abroad (in your case, from a Swiss IBAN starting with CH...).
Such a message is a standard requirement of German banking regulations and is not related to the content or purpose of the transfer itself. It also does not affect the crediting of funds or indicate any error.
We have confirmed that when the payment was created in our system, the "payment purpose" field was left empty. Accordingly, the bank automatically generated this note.
We understand that this may have caused some confusion, but we strictly followed the regulations and did not add any additional comments on our part.
