Be careful with PAYEX24! I sent 613 USDT for order #*** to their address, but the funds got stuck in Hedera due to a network error. They just ignore all my messages, refuse to help return the money, despite the evidence (Transaction ID: 0.08215290-16667841-066664208). Support is silent, and the amount is huge for me! I do not recommend — you risk losing everything! Return my money or explain!

for your order, the address was issued for USDT ERC-20 (Ethereum network). The transfer was made to another network (Hedera), which our service and the payment-acceptance merchant do not use, therefore the credit did not occur and the funds did not reach our system.
About private keys.
Providing access to private keys or signing operations in another network is categorically unacceptable and technically impossible. The keys are managed by the payment-acceptance merchant and are never shared with third parties; we do not perform operations on the Hedera network.
What we can do on our side.
— Record the absence of credit for the order and explain the reason (network mismatch and an unsupported receiving network).
— Stay available to clarify the data format you may need when contacting your provider.
Recommendation (the only workable path).
Contact the support team of your wallet/transfer provider and request recovery for a wrong-network transfer (if their procedures allow it). The sending side is the one that has the technical tools to review such cases.
Please note that under our service rules, choosing the correct network is the sender’s responsibility. We assist within our technical capabilities; however, access to keys and performing operations in unsupported networks are not available.
