The service takes a long time to process transactions, when there were already 6 confirmations on the blockchain, there was only 1 confirmation on the service. The next day, the service requested all AML data, but due to the geopolitical situation, it is not possible to provide passport data and the transaction is frozen. I would like to cancel and get the funds back, I exchanged 0.0065 BTC for 705.41 USDT.

I transferred BTC worth 0.0041 BTC using this exchanger, but the recipient never received the funds. The transaction has been confirmed on the blockchain, but the exchange was never completed.
The support team does not respond via live chat. Payment went through, but nothing was delivered. I have screenshots and the transaction hash available upon request.
I kindly ask the BestChange administration to look into this situation and assist. I also urge others to be cautious when dealing with this service.
