I made an application for an exchange on 03.08 16:24 at the rate of XMR 297$. I needed to leave and I hoped that everything would happen quickly, within 30-60 minutes. But after 7 hours, there were no transactions. When I returned and checked my mail, I saw that my order had been canceled or stopped due to the fact that the rate had changed a lot. It turns out that during my absence, the XMR rate dropped to 292. When I wrote to the mail to continue the exchange, the XMR rate was $301. But I was told in the support that the recalculation is not made upwards. Very convenient for them, isn't it? I do not recommend this exchanger and I will not return myself!

I used this service to convert some XMR to ZEC, but unfortunately their service is a bit unprofessional:
1) Their website claims that they require 10 confirmations for XMR payments, but the order page still showed "Accepted, waiting to be paid by client" after the transaction reached the number of required confirmations. I asked support and they very quick and responsive, they told me to wait.
2) After a while the order status changed to "The order is completed", but there was no sign of the funds on the blockchain, so I contacted support again, they told me that the exchange was processing the withdrawal of funds, and I should wait.
Eventually I received the funds, so I have do not have any financial claims, but it was a nerve wrecking experience, so I would not recommend this service if you would like some piece of mind.

I've already told you i have nothing to do with whitebit. My wallet in trc20 tron network and your hash is not valid with it. What you do in whitebitis your own private things. If you send usdt to right address via whitebit and whitebit not executed your transaction not my issue.
I have no possibility to investigate your internal whitebit transaction.
