1) Their website claims that they require 10 confirmations for XMR payments, but the order page still showed "Accepted, waiting to be paid by client" after the transaction reached the number of required confirmations. I asked support and they very quick and responsive, they told me to wait.
2) After a while the order status changed to "The order is completed", but there was no sign of the funds on the blockchain, so I contacted support again, they told me that the exchange was processing the withdrawal of funds, and I should wait.
Eventually I received the funds, so I have do not have any financial claims, but it was a nerve wrecking experience, so I would not recommend this service if you would like some piece of mind.

According to EU rules in case of issues with crypto transaction all consequent operation to be done on verified account with Eu jurisdiction with valid financial license in EU. Your supposition that I or PayExchanger or someone else have WhiteBit account is only supposition. We are doing financial transactions and these transaction must appear on the related network and must be visible in public, especially in case of problem.
