I made an exchange from USDT to Alipay through this platform and have been waiting for hours for payment. The order status keeps saying "order paid by user" but I have NOT received the money on Alipay. The worst thing is that the support does not respond absolutely nothing, neither by mail nor by any channel. There is no way to communicate with them.
