Issue has been fully resolved
I just placed and order and successfully paid. But after payment return their website and here show payment failed!
and support agent told me "don't worry, if the money has been deducted from your balance. It will be received into our account. It might be arrived with a delay"
Now track my order and it's showing still Unpaid.

When I placed the order and Paid rate was PM to USDT is 1.04 after solving the issue they told me they could give me 1.069 rate What the worst service I had never seen before.

Yes it's received by Refund. This is an worst Exchanger I have ever seen. When I submit order rate was 1.04 and when they received my fund told me they can pay rate 1.059 what a joke!

Made a request for transfering 1790 USDT to PP on 01.11.23. It says it will take 24 hours to finish my request, but it's been 48 hours already. Support says "sorry, apologies, we will do it asap, we understand you" and that's all. They don't ignore, but still no money received.
