Rub -> ETH It took 1 hour to change crypto. Very slow! Support answering to 10 minutes. About 90% of time it took check payment. I don't not what they were checking, support didn't see the recipe in chat, then sent wrong tg channel, then sent normal one. After i sent recipe once again it took 10 minutes for them to see, that there isn't written final status in it (idk download it from final screen in bank app). I sent another one with final status and waited 40 minutes to check it!
Never had such experience before with another changers. Do not recommend.

The operation was already processed, so there is no need to see the recipe, you can check the account. Moreover, i guess 1-2 minutes is fair to see the status in recipe, not 10 minutes (the message was viewed) and all my tries to communicate with support were ignored.
Another moment that it is easilly to lost the page with information about the order, because of missclick on button "back" (tried get back from a chat). Hopefully i made a screenshot, but it would be great if information will be sent in mail, when the order is created, not only when i ask support for a data (even why should i ask for a data?)

Issue has been fully resolved
Try to use this changer but i cant because of their system that doesnt work at all. after compliting the verifying they tolf me to write in support chat to get banking details. nut each i ask they told me "There are no banking details yet" i waited 20 minutes for what?

They claim that i typed a diffrent address i made a transaction exchanging pm with usdtbeb20 and they claim that i pasted a wrong addreess i contacted binance and they said the wallet that recived the cash with the specified hash is reported as a scam so here is the wallet they claim i typed it in my order

The application contains a completely different address. You can compare addresses in your personal account on our website, and notifications are also sent to the email address that was specified when creating the application.
